G'day Guys,
Welcome to the Speedo Forum.
If you are a guest, you can only see a small portion of the forum. Members like posting their speedo selfies so I don't like that to be 100% public. However, joining is free.
If you are a new member, you need to email me your username so I can manually activate your account. This is a pain (for you and me) but it is the only way I've been able to keep the spam bots from ruining the forum. My email address is: DaveEvans@SpeedoFetish.com

I personally don't like wearing an excessive amount of clothing when I go into the water.
That means I only wear conventional Speedo style "Briefs" and anything more gives me that Ecchy "taking a bath with my clothes on" sensation.
Furthermore, I have met quite few swimmers who don't like jammers or those "technical suits" either and they viewed as more of a fashion gimick.
As I head someone say: "Viva A La Speedo". :D

Re: N2N collegiate jammer
Much to my annoyance and disappointment, jammers now have their place in the sport of swimming (for serious and professional aficianados of the sport).
Other than cycling, I don't see any value in wearing jammers and I have to say, for me it's traditional speedo style briefs when I'm at the beach or pool.
Aesthetically speaking, a nice bulge or chunky butt isn't going to suddenly look any better just because you're wearing a jammer (conversely, from a jammer fan's perspective the same could be said for speedos).
To jammer fans, fair play to you. If jammers are your thing, enjoy them. Regards ..... Geoff

I've read a lot of research on the use of jammers and technical suits and they artificially create buoyancy in the hip and thigh area.geoffp65 wrote:Much to my annoyance and disappointment, jammers now have their place in the sport of swimming (for serious and professional aficianados of the sport).

Anyone who is seriously into swimming knows that keeping your butt and legs afloat is one of the challanges and the competitive trend is now for the use of aids rather than conditoning.
I (and alot of others) believe that swimming should be free of any assistive devices and that means -Ah yes - swimming in a minimal suit!

heh, i seem to be in the minority of the member of this forum. as much as i like speedos, i'm happy to be encased in any amount of spandex. despite smaller amounts of nudity, something that skintight would still....tickle my....fancy.
regardless, we should take away his speedos to make sure that he's starting at 100% nudity
