Speedos or Nude

G'day guys,

The other day I was talking to a fellow blogger who loves nudity. He does to nude resorts, loves nude beaches etc..

He doesn't quite understand my speedo thing. I would much prefer to be hanging out in a speedo than nude and I personally think guys look hotter in speedos than nude. I suppose I think this about chicks as well - I'd prefer to see a chick in a great fitting bikini or even one piece swimsuit than nude.

Anyone else feel this way?

I enjoy being naked, but I never really hung out naked with anyone unless it was a sexual experience. I like to be naked when I'm home alone, especially on a nice warm day. That being said, I certainly don't mind seeing a hot naked guy , or girl. I have no problem with it. I do agree that a guy in a speedo or a chick in a nice swimsuit is pretty hot, though.

I love being nude. Swimming (pool or beach), gardening, household chores, whatever... I love the freedom of being nude. But seeing a guy in a speedo is exciting. I guess its because the "naughty bits" are covered and I want to see it. Same for women.

Usually at a nude beach, there are plenty of guys with speedos on...then again, there are plenty without too!

There's something very sexy and anticipatory about seeing most of a man but not tall of him - especially if its in advance of having sex. So a man in speedos will generally get my vote.

But there is also something appealing in a very fundamental way, about a confident naked man. Seeing quietly assured man put it all out there, so to speak, is also very sexy.

And a model body is neither here nor there really. In fact a regular, fit and healthy every-day kind of guy in speedos or naked is so much more erotic for me than a posing 'gym-fit' stud.

Oh I absolutely LOVE sleeping in the nude and do it every single night. Except the occasional night where I'll sleep while wearing a speedo just for the fun of it and also the fun of waking up the next morning in one. In the coldest part of the year I have to wear a tee shirt to bed because I hate heating the house overnight, and I absolutely detest that I have to sleep wearing even so much as that tee shirt. But never anything on my legs, even in wintertime. Except for the aforementioned occasional speedo of course!

I understand the nude beach thing and would probably try it at least once although I never have. But generally, I much prefer speedo over nude because you don't have to hunt for the isolated clothing optional location to strip down to your speedo, plus I love the minimal skimpiness and tightness of a little bathing suit, and how sleek it is for water based activity. I love the low-on-the-hips ass and ball hugging feeling of a tight fitting speedo. And I absolutely love the nasty little speedo tan line over a full tan resulting from nude sunbathing. It's always fun when a new lover learns you're a speedo wearer from your tan line.

Given the right place, I'd much rather hang out nude than in a swimsuit of any kind. I like the feeling of fresh air blowing gently over my entire body. Our property is mostly private, so I'm out working in the yard (or sunbathing) nude as much as possible. As far as sleeping nude, I can't imagine going to bed any other way except for the rare occasion when I have a digestive tract malfunction.

I do however sleep nude except mid-winter!
I also like to skinny dip. Last few times I have been at the beach swimming I slip off my speedos once in the water. I put my speedos over my arm and swim naked. Love feeling the water flow all over me.

I think both is good. Wearing speedos, bikinis or skimpy onepieces may give a hotter look for most people. But being nude makes you feel free whereever and whenever it's possible. I sleep nude and I like to swim nude, too. I only wear speedos for swimming laps in a pool. At a lake or a beach for swimming and tanning only when it is not allowed to be nude.

Hey Dave. I agree. Interesting topic. I just love the look of speedos on me or any man. I've always liked the physical-ness of being a man. I'm more aware of it wearing speedos because I like the feel in my groin and glutes. Personally, I think I look better in speedos than naked.
