Yeah I'd pose with my cock out. There's plenty of amateur porn with me on it on the net! That's not the same as being fully nude though. For it to be erotic you have to leave something to the viewers imagination and it doesn't have to be your meat either. It could be something as mundane as your hands or feet. I don't think I've ever posted an image of me stark bollock naked anywhere, although those pics have been taken. For example I've done photo's "Naked" in boots. I don't think you need to be a boot or glove fetishist to find that an extra turn on, it's about the imagination of what lies beneath. Generally though I'd say speedo shots are hotter than underwear which in turn are hotter than fully nude.
