I think that breasts have enjoyed more attention historically in our culture but I notice more and more attention and appreciation of the butt lately! Although it may be true that in America it is "all about the boobs" and in Brazil it is "all about the butt", I think it is personal preference of each man and for me, I have always been a "leg man" and a "butt man" much more than a breast man. I do not mind at all if I am with a beautiful woman who has small breasts or even flat chested as long as she has a flat tummy and gorgeous legs and smooth thighs, and a spectacular tight, round hard ass!! Small breasts also can fit into very very tiny bikini top triangles and run on the beach and frolic in the surf and not worry about flopping around, and then the amazing ass and front in equally tiny triangles tied together with thin strings and it is the most beautiful thing in the world!
