The asian style Speedos are typically low cut like that. Go look at the new user "pooablo" post called "Hi from Edmonton, AB" in the forum "Say G'Day if you are new here" and look at the first picture he posts of himself in the super small low rise black japanese style speedo. Incredible awesome looking little swimsuit. If that suit interests you you can find suits like that at the link he provided third post down from the top.
