Old Orchard Beach

Post by BriefExcursion20 » Mon Mar 07, 2022 12:48 am

I've been thinking about taking a trip to Old Orchard Beach in Maine this summer, though I'm wondering how much of a speedo scene there is up there.

Would anyone be able to give some info?

I've heard that OOB is a favorite spot among French Canadians that come down from Quebec to soak in the sun in their speedos. I've never been there, but have wanted to go as well.
Just a straight guy that enjoys wearing speedos. Life is too short, enjoy wearing what you want.

Not sure about Old Orchard Beach, though it is convenient if you're going by Amtrak, but just south of there is Ogunquit Beach, which has a huge speedo scene. OOB is still more or less the French-Canadian riviera, and had a reputation in the eighties and nineties for being speedo central, but I'm not sure they're are as popular now among that population as they were then.
