Been spending the week at Sea Isle City, NJ. I've been the only guy in a speedo. It's been a bit cool on the beach. On the bright side, there are allot more guys ditching long board shorts, for shorter swim shorts! :P

Are you familiar with Somers Point NJ? It was settled on the plantation of my seventh great grandfather John Somers. The Somers Mansion there was built by my sixth great grandfather Richard Somers in 1725 and is the oldest house in Atlantic County.

We frequently go to Ocean City, so I am very familiar with Somers Point. Great to meet a living ancestor...
Every time we go through Somers Point, I always need to comment that our children will never understand why there is a "Circle Liquors" there.
Of course there is the iconic "Crab Trap" that always has a 2 hour wait.

Beach pic. Despite the view, the beach was not deserted!
