Beste size for a Speedo

For the next summer I want to buy a new Speedo. Does anyone have some good advices for determining the best size? It needs to fit very tight and comfortable, and my bulge should be visible very well.

If nylon lycra try 2 sizes smaller and remove the liner. I also found boys sizes a slightly snugger fit 14= 30 or 32" depending on brand
