Having said that, boardies absorb approximately 2 litres of water every time a guy gets out of the pool. This has become such a problem in Austria (i.e. too much water going missing from pools) that they are or are considering banning boardies.
Also, apparently Austrians drink too much pool water, too! The secret is don't swallow.
