Anyone own Turbos? I like the patterns and style of water polo suits they offer on waterpolo.com

I was BRIEFLY involved with my high school swim team until I realized that the work-load was impossible. Anyway, we wore Turbo suits with our school logo and such. I really don't know why but I cut out of the drawstring. I think it was always on the verge of falling out and I didn't like that? I dunno.

Anyway, I still have them but they're way too big for me. Coach gave me one of the smallest sizes he had at the time but I can say with confidence that they're too big- hehe.

They look like they ride low. I've visited their site. The prints are wild.

John C how do they fit you? I'm really interested that they're cut low and ride lower on the hips. Something different than all the other water polo suit you see in the US. They prints look great- wouldn't you think twice about playing against a team with skulls on their speedos. 8)

I'm careful about dealing with people who have skulls on anything! Including pirates.

So JohnC they don't feel like they ride too low on your hips? Why don't you wear them that often? Do they seem well made so they'd put up with rough treatment in a water polo game.By the way you look great in the Turbos but from what I've seen you probably look good in any suit. thanks bud

You look awesome in the Turbos. They look really well made with triple stitching on some of the seams.

Please post a pic of you in the hydra. Does it have a draw string?

I'm surprised they don't have a low fit. I remember seeing this hot guy in the steamroom wearing a turbo brand swim brief and the fit was low. He played for the York Maverics.

I don't think the turbos ride too low - they may appear this way on taller guys, but i'm not tall, i'm about 5'7". they are very well made and fully lined front and back, made for rough treatment - i think you would be very happy with them. on why i don't wear them often, they are still relatively new and i've just been wearing other stuff at the moment. i must admit i have not played water polo unfortunately

well here you go justin, yes the hydra has a drawstring. this black pair has become very revealing, i'm not totally sure why, but i have worn it quite a lot in both saltwater and swimming laps, so maybe that is why. the water repellent is gone. it is one of my favorite suits. it is a size 28

Thanks John. As always, you look great in them. I think Nike suits tend to be more revealing for some reason. I have the same marks on my chest that you do. Not sure what they are except they run in my family.

JohnC -Jace and I have this exact pair and they too have become very revealing but they are so comfortable to wear that we can't get rid of them. Do what we do only wear them with really good buddies around. By the way you look great in them they really show your bulge off nicely.
