This did not happen to me personally, but to an aquaintance of mine. He was having sex with his gf but he was in speedos. I guess the question is what difference is there physiologically between masturbation and having sex with a woman. A doctor could answer that. I know that when I'm with a woman it's much easier to get hard and cum than when I'm having solo sex. I don't have to work at it as hard. Maybe more hormones kick in with a woman. I think I've noticed my stomach getting a little bigger after I JO. Maybe a change in muscle tone. But it's not like a beach ball or anything.
