Sending Private Messages

I have sent a few PM but they seem to be in my Outbox and not Sent. I can't find a "send/receive" button and don't know how they get from outbox to sent. Anyone know if I am doing something wrong?

Hey Brian--I think they stay in the outbox until the guy you send it to opens it.
