Mostly worn them due to my own clothes disappearing so it was wear them or streak.

Ouch - that sounds like it hurt .. i scraped my butt on the top of a diving board trying to show off once ... (jumped, tried to sit on the board with the intention of bouncing up to do a flip but instead my ass hit the board and i just slid forward across the stubbies ...) Almost like road rash on my butt .... 
I'm sure if they were your buddies they brought a towel over to the edge of the pool for you to help preserve some dignity ... right? lol
