Sounds like fun J - yeah there are definitely plusses and minuses about those un-guarded beaches ... it always helps to go with a buddy ... :)

Scotty--I know you're a big believer in the buddy system. :P I am very careful when I'm alone but it is still dangerous with the surf the way it is. Did you ever own a skim board? I'm thinking of getting one. No danger of drowning with those. I guess I'm way offtopic here. sorry....

Justin - actually i had a buddy of mine custom make one for me - it was awesome... I sold it when I left FL though ... They can be a whole lot of fun - if I can dig up a picture I'll scan it in and show you ... and yeah - I really do think its safer w/ 2 - especially with some of those rip currents ...:)

Yes Chrisy, I CAN have an "actual proper conversation" ... but I much prefer to use "body language" if you catch my drift ... )

I'm an older swimmer, 57, on a Masters team, and have no problem wearing Speedos or showing off in them. Some guys on our team definitely look past their prime, but they still wear Speedos without concern. I enjoy seeing guys in their Speedos at any age. I've managed to keep to a size 30 Speedo, but it's probably more genetic than for effort. I'm new to this site today, but will post some pictures when I get a chance.

Holy Cow.....you've really stayed thin. Just curious.....do you know your blood type? Certain blood types can stay thinner than others more easily. I know this sounds weird but its based on some books Ive read at the store where I work. oh...we always like pics here. :D

I'm 44 and I love wearing Speedos. Unfortunately, here in the UK, they're somewhat frowned upon unless you wear them for sporting purposes. I usually only wear them when I'm abroad or in private! :?

Lovespeedos - hot stomach, great speedos, nice legs, sexy pose. With a body like that, it would be a crime to wear anything else at your local pool!

I'm not willing to admit my age but I am going to Islands House resort in Key West next month just so I can enjoy wearing my speedos without being judged. I have worn speedos all my life since swim team as a kid.I was always most comfortable wearing them in the Caribean islands.Just what is it with the american public that they won't accept speedos as normal? Just why is it that amale can't wear a sexy bathing suit? Shurely women appreciate seeing a hot guy in a speedo ;if the ultra straight guys don't then they should just take it in stride. Speedos are here to stay because they make sense. Hopefully some day the pendalum will swing the other way and speedos will be back in fashion. Until then we speedo wearers will just have to grin and bear it and put up with the negative comments. I am at the point where I don't care any more I wear what I want and to hell with the rest of them! There I'm through--- I've said my piece and will live the rest of my life wearing speedos and not worrying about it! Go for it guys!

I am so glad to learn that there are other "past prime" white speedo fans here. I was even nervous doing the little intro thing, cause I'm no spring chick. But I love to still wear mine, and love to look at those tight, young guys who look better than I ever did marching around proudly in their white speedos.

You go, mate.
