It looks to me that speedos and other swimwear worn by Asians are very much smaller than what we find here in the west.
Is there a special series of speedos or other products like TYR for the Asian market?

absolutely! they are designed by Asians, made by Asian manufacturers, sold by Asian sellers, and worn by Asians. They are crafting their products for the Asian body which is much more svelte than [at least my] Western body.
Companies like Speedo and Arena license local companies to use their name on the products they manufacture. You will not find their products sold in other countries because they are not licensed to do business in other countries. BTW, the label looks the same around the world.
