I bought 4 similar pairs from Amazon a few years ago and still wear them when it warrants. Also have several speedo type suits and a couple of thongs. Hope this helps, looking like it was 13 years ago.

Looks like a small track style short. I found a pair by Reebok at a store a while back back. It's a poly material this looks more like nylon, but it's a similar cut it looks like.
