I have osteoarthritis in both legs and feet and swimming is the best exercise you can take because your weight is fully supported by the water ! and if you happen to love Speedos that's a bonus !

Hi everyone,

Thanks for all the reply’s. Definitely going to look at starting to go swimming once the lock down has ended. Pain management have said to keep moving. Still on paracetamol 2x500mg tablets 3 times per day. Taken edge of it a little. Been prescribed pregabalin for my back. They think it is a nerve being irritated by my damaged disc. As far as rest of me goes not much they can do. Injections if I want them.
Hope everyone is ok and staying well during lockdown.
Please stay safe.
