BJE, try the trail and if you don’t like it shave it off...
What’s the suit in your pic? Love the floral design...

I go back and forth on shaving the trail. I just wondered what other guys think. The suit is a Kiniki tan though suit and is very sheer but the design hides any detail of show through.

If you shave the happy trail, shave your stomach, do you shave your chest to go completely smooth?

I don’t shave my chest and abs. I don’t have hair there. This picture is totally unshaven but my pubic hair is trimmed.
You’re lucky. I am not as fortunate and have to shave my body to get the look I like.

I think it’s hottest when trimmed but not shaved

For those of you that do body shave, how often do you shave to keep smooth? For me, it is probably weekly.

BJE, you have the body to wear it either way, but my vote is to shave the happy trail. If I remember you normally shave your pubes so both being shaved go great together.

Yes, I’ve generally shaved it all off down there for years but I keep wondering if a happy trail would look more manly.

I keep my cock and balls shaved and pubes trimmed all the time. As for the rest of my body, I do occasionally get out the clippers and try to do some manscaping, but the hair now seems to be winning and it is becoming a battle getting it to look right. GAH! I just need to admit that I am hairy and will never be that smooth dude I was.

Speedoquest: Yeah, I shave cock & balls weekly & trim the pubes. I use Nair on my stomach (just leaving the happy trail), back & shoulders every other week. Works pretty well.

Happy trail, yes or no?

Does the nair burn? I have thought about trying but keep hearing stories about the burning and redness that is left afterwards.

Speedoquest: They say don't exceed 10 minutes and that is absolutely the limit!! Get it washed off by then. The only place I use it where 10 minutes is too long is the tops of my shoulders; why I don't know. The limit for there is more like 5 minutes.

Sometimes there are a few red streaks, but lotion and a little time takes care of that. Otherwise works great, at least where I use it - see prev post.

Since you wear your speedos low (or at the correct level, really), I think no-pubes is best. it's a cleaner look. You have a manly build, so I don't think you need a treasure trail to advertise your manliness exactly. I think snail trails go best with chest hair. I'm not sure if you shave your chest also? If your chest is smooth, keep the pubic area smooth too I say. :P

Since asking this question I’ve shaved it off again.

No I don’t shave my chest and abs. I don’t have hair there.

My reason for shaving everything off down there is because it really looks bad in my opinion to have pubic hair showing and it doesn’t really work to have a happy trail and no pubic hair.

With many of my speedos the top of the waistband sits about an inch above the base of my penis and that would be a lot of pubic hair showing. If I didn’t shave it it would look indecent I think.
