An advantage of ordering in the US from Australia is that with the exchange rate they are less than what is marked. However it looks like everything is sold out.

They look awesome, but expensive. It's not like AB with free shipping either. Boo.

Expensive can be relative... but that makes me curious, what’s the most you would spend on a suit? I once spent (if I recall correctly) around $180 on a white Gucci suit when I was in Italy nearly 9 years ago. Still have it and it stays safely stored until I pull it out to wear. I don’t spend that much just freely for a suit but at the time, it wasn’t a style I had seen in the states. And it has small 2” sides.

My threshold tends to ideally be $40 or less but I would go up to $80-90 if it were a super hot suit. Designer, I’d go higher. Dsquared has some nice suits that look low and skimpy but those push close to $250-300. Haven’t pulled the trigger on a pair yet and not likely that I will anytime soon. There are others with similar cuts for much less.

Around the 250 mark is probably the most I have spent for D squared or Versace.

I don't think I've ever spent over $30 for a suit. I keep an eye on the sales at Swimoutlet.com, often find the ones that usually go for $40 as low as $22.

Little lesson in economics here. The price or value of anything has little to do with how much it costs to produce. Price is determined by the market - what will people pay for this. If people will pay £46 or whatever for a pair of speedos, then that's what they'll sell for. If nobody buys, then the price will fall until they start to sell. I've seen Nike Teraz briefs go for over £100 on ebay, and "vintage" speedos going for ridculous figures, but someone thinks it's worth it, so that's the price. Personally I put a limit of about £15 on a new speedo, but must admit I have spent a lot more on one I really wanted... Speedos are my one weakness.

For me, anything higher than $45 is too expensive, although I have to admit I have spent more if I really wanted the suit. I try to restrain myself now when paying a high price for a speedo.
