Does anyone wear their speedos in a jacuzzi. I did the other day at a spa and it started to feel werid down below. I then realised my speedo was being blown up my the air bubbles! I thought at one point they were going to burst off because how blown up they were. It actually felt great after a while and when I got out the jacuzzi my speedo was still inflated and looked really funny!

Anyone else had this experience ?

I share the same experience.

A few years ago, I stayed in a hotel in Kansas City. I used their Jacuzzi wearing my favourite Aussiebum speedo at that time. It was 80% Nylon, 20% Lycra. Later I found the combination of chemicals, very very warm water temperature and bubbles damaged the material. All other guys in my group wore boardshorts so didn't experience the same problem.

From then on, I always rank my speedos according to how much I like them and how worn they are. I use the oldest, least favourite pair as the most disposable pair to be taken to a "special" occasion, and to be discarded afterwards. For example, soaking in the Dead Sea and the Blue Lagoon (Iceland) would stain the speedos / shorts with smelly chemicals, which can damage the material and are difficult to get rid off. So I used and discarded my 2 worn and least favourite pairs.

I always wear a speedo in a jetted hot tub. I wear my suits tight so they don't fill with air. Other types of suits really balloon up.

We have a in ground jacuzzi at home so I always go nude. Sometimes I go to the Korean spa and all the men go nude, baiting suits are not allowed. If I’m at any other jacuzzi I wear a thong swimsuit.

After my swim workout I beat it to the hot tub adjacent to our short course pool. There we old farts bullshit about everything and tell jokes and laugh a lot. Of course I'm wearing my speedo, the black Endurance. Or maybe the Dolphin Ceres Chloroban. Neither one will die after WELL over a year of alternate daily use. At home I go in naked of course.

I wear a Speedo at the pool - not everyone does but a few do - and I usually hit the Spa next to the pool afterwards.
