Beach Day

Post by shadowmn » Fri Jul 28, 2017 7:23 am

Sitting here at the beach wearing my Tyr racer. Not one other speedo to be found and I could care less. A group of female lifeguards walked by wearing bikinis and 1piece speedos. Their suits are very tiny in the rear and I'm not complaining one bit.
Just a straight guy that enjoys wearing speedos. Life is too short, enjoy wearing what you want.

Very nice shadowmn, if only it was that warm here in the UK.
Love speedos, running shorts, rugby shorts, Aussie rules footy shorts.

Thanks. It was a nice visit to the beach. I did a solo trip this time because my wife wasn't up to it. I immediately dumped the shorts once I set up my spot on the beach. I am quite comfortable sitting there in my speedo, but it did take a little nerve to get up and walk down to the water, plus the tide was out. As it's been said before, confidence is key! I made sure I walked with my head up to and from the water without looking down. Once you make that initial trip down the to water, it's easy from there. I always find that once I feel the cool water from the ocean, I am proud to display my speedo from there on out.

Took a beach day off with my wife yesterday to the New Jersey shore, Spring Lake. Went with my AB Vintage Stripes WJ Gable, strings out. A great morning; the water perfect temp. Never any other speedos, but the cheeky girls bottoms are a consolation prize!! Life guards cleared the beach mid-afternoon due to lightning, but we hung around to see if it cleared. Finally started light drizzle, so we decided to go for cocktails, First though, ran from the car up to the showers on the boardwalk to rinse off, clad only in that speedo. Felt nice.

Spring lake is such a quaint place. I haven't been there in a few years. Glad that you had some great speedo beach time!
