Striped Suits

Does anyone know of any good swim bikinis that have horizontal pinstripes? I'm thinking something like that would look good for my trip to Aruba.

I suspect you will have to venture into the fashion side of suits.... The brands that I know of are probably more on the brief and less 'bikini'..... Parke and Ronen has horizontal pinstripes suits but they can be pricey at this time of year. At the end of season, they sometimes they go half off. I have a couple of their suits and they are really good quality and last. Amazon is a reseller too but they don't seem to be carrying any briefs styles this year. Other brands that carry stripes I know of but never owned: Wapo , Charlie and Low Tide (they are having a 50% off sale right now and with the AU/dollar exchange they might be good). The last few years Mr Turk had pin stripes suits and they were bikini cut but again, they don't have them this year. You might be able to find some leftover stock somewhere. I am sure there are a few others out there but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

Funky Trunks, Budgy Smuggler and Aussiebum have some striped Swim Briefs.

Here are a couple more brands that came to mind which have carried pinstripes. Inkatelier (inkatelier.es), Hunter & Crew, Timoteo (I don't like their stuff because they don't match their strips or patterns on the seams which I think makes it look cheap). As I remember more, I will post them here...

Man, the closest to horizontal stripes I've seen are the trunks with chevron stripes (#3).

Yeah I haven't seen much. PrevailSport has some very flashy suits. I'm curious about the fit and comfort of their suits. Has anyone ever tried PrevailSport?

It's been a few years. I liked the fit and quality of their suits. Two things I disliked:
- Their cartoon-like and uncomfortable tags on the inside of the trunks
- Their sending bulking catalogs, clogging my box (despite my specific request for them not to at the time I placed an order).

If you don't mind getting catalogs and can either endure or yourself remove an itchy, childish tag, the swim trunks themselves are decent enough.

While more brief vs. bikini cut, Park and Ronan just marked down their stripped meridian briefs. $55 + $10 off if you get on their mail list. P&R suits are great quality. Inventory goes pretty quickly once it's marked down to 1/2 price.
