Just comparing them by photos, I think there more close to the aussiebum XS but that's just my theory. Looks like a good pair of speedos. I'd give the plunge a try.

I've got the XS and theybdont fit nice, it's not as low cut as they claimed. So hopefully these are actually low cut.
I quite like the black and white. Or the navy and orange

I think they're all incredibly hot. The navy/orange, pink/black are probably best for public swimming although the red/white ones aren't too revealing where it matters.

Finally AB are getting back to what they do best - classic nylon swimwear. If only they brought out more of the classic surf club styles, I'd be super happy!

hey :)

i agree, i think the orange will still be some what see thru.

I got a similar pair as ur photo but red and black, and the red is still too see thru for public pools :(

i just wish they have more colors for the classic 2.5wj

Great to see AB going back to their roots..... I love their stuff but I love their original stuff, too much of their latest stuff has been too arty/farty/fashionistaish.

You guys know I have a long history with the AussieBum Portsea..... it was wearing those speedos during my first threesome that caused me to start my blog because I just wanted to share the experience. I'm sure without the blog I wouldn't have created this forum a few years later.

I'm waiting for the next sale they have and then I will get one of the navy/orange. I emailed them to find out about if they have a drawcord. They don't list what it has on their website.

I'd love to see those again as well. It's the heritage of the brand, really. That said, I like the style in this thread; and it's nylon.

I think they look the best on dudes with beefy glutes, which alas, I don't have.

I remember a calendar of Aussie surf club men from years ago that was sold in a local stationery store. The pics showed how they'd take their old, stretched out suits, roll them in a certain way, and wear them as thongs. Being an Aussie, I'm sure you have observed such things.

Hope they have a sale soon. I always grab them at half price and I have more than I have time to wear them haha
