Spending part time in MD for work. There's a Y right across the street, so I decided to join. Figured that swimming some laps would pass the long nights. All I can say is, "boy I'm out of shape"...

Little by little my stamina is improving. I am really loving the chance to wear a speedo on a regular basis!

Did swim laps at the new Y yesterday. I'd say that it is unlikely I will ever swim in anything besides a speedo.
