Spontaneous Public Erection

Hey guys,

This is something I wrote about recently on my blog (www.AussieSpeedoGuy.org) and thought it might stir up some conversation here.

When I'm wearing speedos, at the beach or at the pool, I have to be careful not to stand around too long or I will bone up. It is probably because of all the naughty things that I've done while wearing speedos and just a natural response preparing for more naughty things.

I remember once swimming in high school when speedos were compulsory (they weren't by the time I graduated high school and the annual school swimming carnival had turned into a cluster of guys wearing all sorts of shorts). I remember being in a swimming class, 20 or 30 guys all sitting around in our black speedos and I ended up with a raging boner. Thankfully I was able to slip into the pool and bang out some laps.

Anyone else have this problem when wearing speedos in public?

Yeah, because I used to get a raging boner just thinking about wearing a speedo. Now in my fifties, it takes a lot more work. In my teens and twenties, before I was a speedo wearer, I'd get boners at the beach just looking at the girls. In my thirties, I'd get a boner each time I put on my Speedo. Now, not quite so easily, but I still love speedos just as much as ever.

Has never happened to me, that I recall, even at the beach. Probably because wearing a speedo, to me, had always been as a team uniform every day at swim practice from pre-puberty through high school and even now. Being close to super sexy guys and girls dripping wet was the norm, you get used to it as being perfectly normal day in and day out. We weren't and aren't hung up by our near nakedness, it isn't an issue. Speedos were not a sexual thing. Maybe slightly more now but only to the extent that I love seeing a great bod in a speedo, I appreciate what I see. It does my heart good to see that not all guys are fat and ashamed. I love that this group has some of the most fantastic swimmer bodies in the world in it.

For as long as can remember I had to be careful when wearing speedos because of getting a boner & even do to this day Sometimes you are rewarded with attention & a happy ending as it pays to advertise Other times it is a bit embarrassing & need to cover up with your towel Always thought that many guys do not wear speedos because of the possibility Personally I love to see a man show his assets [or women ] & find it perfectly normal Seen a few guys that even made me pre- drip Also sure we have all have seen a guy in baggy shorts with a bonner sticking out but much prefer a speedo boner like the first pic

It seems that trunks hide less when you've got a boner. The outward and upward bulge is more pronounced in trunks, versus a speedo where the bulge just gets more rounded.

I also get a boner frequently when I am wearing my Speedo. I have to admit that I like the feeling and it even turns me on more when I don't hide it. To my opinion there is nothing wrong when a guy has a boner when he is wearing a Speedo, and I guess a lot of people like it to watch someones boner.

Women get hard nipples when they are turned on and their labia can swell a bit, which can't be hidden in a swimsuit or a bikini. Of course there are other reasons too, like maybe she's just cold [My mates and me used to call pert nipples showing through "Smuggling raisins"!] or a poor choice of swimsuit ["Camel's toe"]. No one makes a big deal about female bodies showing horny/ cold signs in tight swimwear, so why should men be judged different?
I used to get boned up quite often if I was sunbathing in Speedo's, if there were too many people around though, you just roll over onto your stomach and tan your back.

I'm normally there for a purpose like swimming sets rather than laying on a beach checking everything out.

I've never experienced an erection while swimming or laying on the beach, everytime I go to public places my penis seems to shrink and relax, I don't know why, but that's the way my body works.

Better for me 'cause my "stuff" is a little scandalous when gets hard.

When I was a kid, at about 12 y.o., I remember a boy in my class, every f*ing time we went to the school pool he was hard as hell, that damn thing was like a tall pole pointing to the sky, to make it worst (?), he used to wear aqua speedos, can u imagine the scene? Much like ..sam.. , I have spent so much time wearing Speedo's swimming laps at the pool, sunning on the beach and just hanging out, that they almost never provoke any sort of reaction any more.

However, when I was younger ... ANYTHING to do with a Speedo (or any other type of garment for that matter; jockstrap, thong, etc.) would provoke a raging boner. Anything from thinking about one ... seeing one ... buying one ... trying them out ... putting one on ... and especially wearing one in public. I seemed to spend so much time worrying and dealing with a seemingly inappropriate erection ... praying I didn't get one to begin with ... getting into the pool as fast as possible ... rolling over onto my stomach to 'sun my back' ... jumping into the cold ocean water ... shifting my position ... trying to hide it ... it seemed to take forever to finally get to relax and enjoy the Speedo Experience.

That being said, it still occasionally does happen. My two most predictable places for boning up are sunning on the beach and relaxing in the large Warming Pool at the Fitness Center. The second I relax and my brain goes into overdrive about an erotic story I am either writing or thinking about, or a scene that happened, I begin to feel the inevitable reaction and my Speedo starts to fill up.

What do I do? Depends where I am and who is around. Sometimes shifting position and refocusing my brain is enough to reverse the situation. Casually rolling over on to my stomach for a while usually works. Jumping in the pool and banging off laps definitely works.

And sometimes, acting like its not there, ignoring it in its full (or almost full) glory, especially pretending to be sleeping at the beach or in deep thought in the Warming Pool can be fun and entertaining, because I can shamelessly admit that more than once, I have been in some stage of excitement in my Speedo.

It happens.
Sometimes it's more work to hide it.
The 'inbetween' stage isn't a bad thing to have in a Speedo.

I never once got an erection when I was in younger in Speedos.

I used to get quite nervous before swim meets, and that would definitely have been an erection killer, so I think I subconsciously always linked wearing Speedos with that feeling of butterflies before a race. It meant I was rarely thinking sexual thoughts.

These days I do get the occasional erection coming on when i'm in public. If there is nobody close I will just ignore it. If not, i'll duck in the water or roll over. I must say I do find the feeling of standing on the back of the boat in the sun in my speedos with a full erection, while other people and boats are just far enough away, quite exhilarating...
