I think the 2nd has a body painting. There is no shadow or bridge to see that should be caused by the strings. And how can the nipple-covers keep its distance?
It is painted - but very perfect and very very hot!

Ok I studied it again. I don't think it is painted on, but maybe it was photoshopped onto her naked body.

Yes, photoshopped seems more likely - I think, you´re right. It seems as well more logical than a painting.
