Anybody have any speedo sightings on this holiday weekend?

Spent the long weekend at the Jersey shore. I only saw 1 guy in a square cut. Eventhough the weather was cold, the beaches were fairly crowded. Just not crowded with speedos. :(

So how were people responding to the guy in the square cut? If it was positive or a non event rather than giggles and dirty looks then I would say things are looking up. Were you in your speedo? If so how did it go?

I'd say it was a non-event. I saw him 2 of the days that we went to the beach, and I didn't notice any reaction.

Despite everything that I read here, I had my new square cut on under my board shorts. Part of the problem is that my wife doesn't want me going out looking like that. I'll keep working on it.

I feel your pain. In spite of the fact that I still get compliments when I take my shirt off, and I am married to a European, she rolls her eyes at just the thought that at the age of 47, I continue to wear a speedo at the beach. I don't get it.

Huh? I would think that a European would be among the most accepting of her man wearing a speedo at any age. Did not her father wear one? I look at pics and videos from Greece, France, Croatia, Italy and there's guys of all ages shapes and sizes wearing their speedos! Isn't that the culture she grew up in?
