G'day Guys,
Welcome to the Speedo Forum.
If you are a guest, you can only see a small portion of the forum. Members like posting their speedo selfies so I don't like that to be 100% public. However, joining is free.
If you are a new member, you need to email me your username so I can manually activate your account. This is a pain (for you and me) but it is the only way I've been able to keep the spam bots from ruining the forum. My email address is: DaveEvans@SpeedoFetish.com

Swimming in SF?

Swimming in SF?
I'm heading to SF for a few weeks later this year. I don't want to miss out on swimming while I'm there - are there any pools I could swim at while I'm there? All the pools I've found online either want a gym membership (difficult, when I'm only there for a few weeks) or have really bad reviews (thinks like "The water is usually fairly clean" counts as a *terrible* review, if you ask me)
Re: Swimming in SF?
I've been to the Embarcadero YMCA (near the ferry building) a few times when I've been in the US. You don't need to pay for a full membership - you can just get a day pass. They have a 25m pool, a sauna and steam room. Most of the guys were in speedos too (always a bonus!)
There are some SF locals on the forum, and I'm sure they could give you some good tips on where to go.

Re: Swimming in SF?
That's another thing I hadn't considered. Here in Sydney, anyone doing laps will be in a speedo. I know that the US in general is pretty strange, but I'd thought that at least people doing laps in a pool in SF would *all* be in speedos.. but now you're telling me that even swimming laps, even in SF, it's still only *most* of them in speedos.budgybloke wrote:Most of the guys were in speedos too (always a bonus!).

In San Francisco there is the Tsunami, the LGBT swim team. Remember there are all levels on a team. Not everybody is high speed.
For god's sake. Who cares whether the other swimmers are in a Speedo? What matters is that you are.

Re: Swimming in SF?
True, but it always makes the laps more enjoyable if you can catch a glimpse of other speedo-clad guys sharing your lane.Buster Crabbe wrote:
