Honesty

Post by tannedbum » Sun May 06, 2012 11:03 am

I was thinking when I was looking for a new suit for summer and looking at all the websites that carry mens suits -- especially the briefer "speedo" cut suits. (after seeing how great the guys look in the post of Italian bikinis - I went with basic black 1" and 2") It seems that all the suits have lifter to make your junk look bigger, Andrew Christian even has false rubber bulges to make you look bigger. Then guys have decided that cock rings are an essential wardrobe item - to make it look bigger. I have never tried those gimmicks, I figure this is what I got, this is what I show. Isn't it false advertising to show a huge bulge. When it comes down to that moment it all comes off how disappointed will your partner be to find out he has invited an average guy to his room and not a bull? All these gimmicks makes guy watching at the beach a new experience -- are you looking at a well hung guy or the product of uplifting and padding?
Think of a str8 couple. They meet on the beach and she has a huge chest and he a huge bulge. Both of their hormones are racing until they get to the bedroom. Off come the suits -- her Great Dane turns out to be a Chihuahua and his Dolly Parton turns out to be Debra Messing. How humiliating must that be?
A wise old friend told me that when a guy feels the need to stuff their crotch with things to make it look bigger it is a sign of insecurity and low self esteem (he said the same thing about tattoos and to be one of the "look at me" fad) If a guy feels a need to put across an image of something he is not, he must not think much of himself.
Maybe going by the words of Popeye when he says "I am what I am and that's all that I am" isn't all that bad of an idea.

I am not opposed to a lifter type suit. I like the fact that it gives a better view of what a guy has got.

I do agree that a suit with a rubber insert would be false advertising, and is taking it to far.

I am not into swimwear with huge protruding pouches, rings or lifting materials.

In general, I think less is more, what fronts are concerned. I like the more "innocent", (hairless) look, as if it is the most normal thing to wear our beloved kind of attire, without the hidden message. So definately not to provoke, show off or offend. Not saying that people who like to accentuate their manhood with they help of tricks do so, though. It may just be a personal thing.

I agree 100%, it's all about having confidence in what you've got.

I have a few WJs from Aussiebum and it just creates a ridiculous bulge... like... humorous. Don't quite get the appeal.

Here are 2 of my honest bulges. This is me in the old DE Swim wear. I don't consider myself a huge gu, but a normally hung guy. I'm just small in stature, being only 5'7"

I don't think these suits are "deceitful" per se -- if you find that special someone while wearing a suit, they're going to find out what the real deal is eventually.

Do you really think they're going to reject on the basis of false advertising? :)

While I'm not a fan of flipping my cock up so it bulges out, I do find Andrew Christians designs to be comfortable and attractive.

Is it a good idea to start a relationship on a lie? When your junk is padded, lifted and pushed out to project something that is is not, that is a lie about what you actually have.

It's a bad idea. This may sound corney, but if your truly love someone, cock size shouldn't be the ONLY thing keeping you together. Besides, if you're no good with your cock, regardless of size, your cock is useless.
Moreover, don't pre-judge cock size based on nationality, height and other factors. I was in the steamroom over 1 year ago, I was the smallest guy in stature there, the other three were taller than me, 2 of them were dark skinned. Their cocks were around half an inch to a little bit more than 1 inch SMALLER than mine. Yet I was the shortest guy in height and I'm white. As anyone can easily see from my photos, my bulge is natural.

 I would look at someone rather strangely if I saw them walking along the beach with their bulge lifted up and pointed forward. After all, don't most normal guys avoid looking aroused in their Speedos?

Are the DE suits unlined? Man... no need to "enhance" those. Is it a soft lycra?

I have a neoprene cock ring that I use just for play. I tried it under speedos once and it looked crazy and fake. I'd never wear it at the beach. Oh...the only way I can get that neoprene ring on is by putting powder on it. The next one I get will be metal.

I don't use the ring much anymore. Somewhere...maybe here... I read where you can hurt yourself with them. {:-(

agree no enhancements. If you gotta pad it, you are really very insecure in yourself. The great thing about brief swimwear is that even average and smaller guys can look great in them. The "speedo look" is more about the whole body than just the package wrapped inside.

Very true what you said. But I recall one time being told that I was too small to wear a swim brief. I was perplexed, a height requirement for speedos? How ridiculous!

Not enough guys wear swim briefs, gay or str8... why there would be any limitations (height, etc) is beyond me.

Sure is. In this part of Florida we have a lot of people from Scandinavia who visit in the winter. Kids from there who are just learning to walk wear speedos at the beach.

Okay, so if enhancing one's package is 'false advertising', what about these:

Hair dye
Padded bras
Padded shoulders [suits etc]
Shaving body hair
Fake tans
...

All the above seem to be accepted by society at large

on you list you listed two that are definitely false advertising.
The Padded Bra -- much like the padded crotch -- is a prime example. When you get her to the bedroom and your 34C turns into a 32A -- yep, you've been had. Just the same as when that well filled speedo turns out to be a series of uplift and push out devices and your man turns into a pre teen real fast.
Padded shoulder - maybe. That is usually obvious.
Died hair - so what? I honestly didn't think that Katie's hair was actually blue.
fake tan -- again, so what. changing the color of ones skin by laying in the sun catching cancerous rays or spraying on a skin dye both have the same effect - covering pasty white.
Shaving body hair - that's removing something you have -- not deceiving someone into thinking you have something you don't.
Kind of like car commercials -- the car they show is advertised as starting at $24,000 but the fine print flashed on the screen for a millisecond states "as shown $72,000". False or deceptive advertising.
