I love my Cocksox swim thongs. If you like the Cocksox pouch, you will likely enjoy their swim thong, though the ones I have do not have a drawstring. In spite of this, I do not feel there is any issue with them coming off unexpectedly, though mine are pretty snug. If you like them looser, then I could see this being an issue.

I swim 5 days a week at my local community pool in the Desmitt thongs.
Look like a slim brief from the front and a small yet conservative thong in the back. It doesn’t scream look at me like a bludge, push up, torpedo, etc, but it’s clearly a thong. The drawstring is great for lap swimming. Can get them as low as $10 on eBay. Just know they run kind of small. I’m a 34 waist and an XL fits snug when it’s dry, but loosens up just right once wet.

I had a desmit thong and like it, but haven't been able to find them, they seem to have merged with another brand. Coyote swim thongs are nice look like a brief from the front.

It took some nerve the first time I assure you. Like I said, it’s actually pretty basic for a thong that’s why I picked it. But so far it’s totally proven to be no big deal. I started out just at a local community pool that just has over 16 lap swim. Believe it or not I was found on another forum because someones friend (female) said they were inspired by “a cute guy in a thong”. 2 weeks ago I stated at another pool in the mornings, this pool is much smaller and often has kids lessons and the parents sitting in the bleachers on the deck.
I just go about my business same as if I had on dork shorts, don’t purposely show my ass to anyone or bed over just so people get a view. And like the other pool, happy to report no issues at all.

If we don’t act like creeps, we won’t get treated like them.
