Anyone any experience of Modus Vivendi's "Leather" swim briefs? They are stretch fabris with a backing AFAIK.

No, but I have one their lycra briefs that I bought on Cheapundies.com. Well made and fits well.

Check out their videos. The "Net Trap Line" is worth a view.
