Skinzwear sizing help?

Hi guys I want to order a skinzwear suit but I'm worried it might be to small or to big. I'm a 28-29 waist... I like things snug but not baggy or to tight. A skinzwear small is 27-29 and a medium is 30-32. I'm worried the small will be to small and the medium will be to big does anyone have experience with skinzwear? I was thinking of getting one conservative suit that covers my butt fully, and a g-string for use at the nude beach or in my pool as "decoration" for my body lol. This is one of the suits I'm thinking of getting... I'm in love with the pattern... It reminds me of pool tile.
