My experience is that Macy's always has Speedos on sale. One manager told me if I'd buy two he'd give me the third free (already on sale for 50% off + 15% weekend sale) He told me that the speedos are always left over at the end of the season and hard to unload. He keeps them on sale from the day they are unpacked.
