Bad Online shopping experience

In April I ordered 4 items from Aboystore.
One item arrived a week later.
Two weeks later I e-mailed to find out about the other items.
I received no reply but another week later two more items arrived.
Further e-mails requesting delivery of the final item, or a refund of the money paid for that final item (assuming it may have become unavailable) have failed to get a response. :cry:

What was the resolution of this? Did they ever give you suits or your money back?

Sorry to hear they caused trouble!
