Where can I find narrow front speedo?

I have seen narrow front with full back speedo a few years ago, but not anymore.
The front looks like this:

But it has full back.
Skinz doesn't have bikini cut with similar pouch design, and also it seems the waist of this thong design sits high, not something I like. Please let me know if you have any clue. Thanks!

There's Kiniki narrow front underwear briefs in a lycra blend, just treat them as an unlined swim brief, that's what I've done although I don't think they look as cool and uncompromising and narrow on me as on the model.
