I am looking for a new speedo swim brief. It must be low rise (like Aussiebum's League brief), but it must also have a slim band (like Waveline's most famous swimwear).
Anyone knows any?
I don't just want to buy a speedo one or two seizes too small. That'll end up in ridiculous looking pressure marks.
Some examples:
I wouldn't mind buckles like this one has:

Not quite sure what you mean by slim band (do you mean narrow sides on the hips?) but how about these:
N2N Vortex
N2N Splash
Currently on sale for $20 and $15 respectively at N2Nbodywear.com
Buckle - Pistol Pete Aviator
Currently on sale for $30 at mensunderwearstore.com

Yes, with slim band I mean narrow sides on the hips.
I'm not really found of the N2N swimwear. With the first I'm not really into the two-colour thing, and the second has a too large logo.
The Pistop Pete is not really slim band (narrow sides on the hips).
Anyone else some tips for me?

I've just bought a swimbrief of M8mate, a Ukranian brand, via dealbyethan. They've got exactly what I was looking for. I hope the fit is okay.
Anyone got experience with this brand?

I find slim band/low rise style are a problem if one has a bigger package. They don't have enough 'strength' to support what's around the front
They look hot on guys with small packages, or if you know you wont 'grow' while wearing them in public

Well, really it doesn't. It gaps on the sides, so my junk keeps falling out. I bought a size M as I normally do, maybe I should buy a S. Although the waist with the M is ok, that might be too tight with an S.
Somewhat of a disappointment really.
