Adding logo Patches

I have a few pairs of plain speedos and I quite like the idea of adding a small patch/badge
This kind of thing, just a little one;

Now my sewing skills are non existent, so I just wondered if anyone knew if iron on would work on swimwear?
I've got a feeling it might not stand up to stretch and water very well...
Thanks for your thoughts!

take it to a professional. A good tailor or seamster has the proper machine for the delicate fabric. If you know someone who makes lingere or show costumes -- that is better. They know how to sew it on and not damage fabric and still allow for you in it stretching the fabric. They may ask you to try it on for them to see how much stretch they have to allow for. (I learned about this from a friend that does costumes in Vegas)

I've been adding badges to my speedos for years and I think they look very stylish. But the embrodiered patch you have shown is dangerous to sew on and even more dangerous to iron on. Nylon and lycra are basically woven plastic with a low melting point and most lycra is 2 way stretch so a sewing stitch will tear the fabric in the other 2 directions.
I buy lapel pins which require just one puncture point to attach or button badges which require only two pin points to attach. You can find 100s of sellers on ebay. They come in all sizes and the lapel pins include all sorts of sporting events. For example, I have a pin issued to all USA swim team supporters. About the size of a penny in polished brass for $5.
Cheers,
