Help getting my straight housemate to wear his speedo

I have a housemate who I have a crush on and would really like to see in a speedo. He himself owns a pair of speedos because his girlfriend likes to see him in them. Can I get some advice on how I could get him to wear them in from of me?

Invite them to the beach, or just ask them to go swimmin with ya.

As much as you would like to be alone with him in speedos, he probably knows you have a crush on him and would avoid the speedos if you two are alone. You'll probably have to invite the girlfriend to come to assure he is in his speedos. Or, ply him with booze. With inhibitions dropped his exhibitionist side will come out!
