I do sometimes and my link above shows the type I prefer, Silicone or Neoprene (man made rubber). Never steel and definitely not leather when swimming. Silicone is really stretchy and you can wear without discomfort.
The guys below below are either wearing a ring or just playing around a bit?

I've always wanted to try wearing one (maybe neoprene) under speedos but most aren't cut with all that much room up front so I would think it would be uncomfortable. Perhaps I'm wrong. Fill me in

I may be in the minority on this, but I think cockrings under speedos are lame...

It's kinda like buying a flat product that is packaged in a thick box so it looks more substantial on the shelf.

I have to agree. I can't imagine what it would be like to meet a guy on the beach and have him pull down my speedo to find out my bulge is contrived. I may not be the biggest, but in a speedo, the bulge is all me - no deceptions. It's kind of like women wearing padded bras or the car commercials that show a car for sells for $13,000 but the one showed is totally tricked out and sells for $26,000. If you are ashamed of what you got, that's sad. Yeah, it doesn't work all that well - I know from experience that if you aren't hard,,,and you are not likely to be at the pool - then it just works its way off. Considering they are designed to keep you hard... not the greatest idea. Also, having worked in the sex retail industry, people are always warned of the dangers of wearing cockrings on any sort of permanent basis. You can do yourself damage, doesn't matter how comfortable they might feel.

I often wear a wide rubber band under my Speedos - but that's primarily to keep my sack skin from getting caught under the leg bands. I guess it does enhance my package a little

I bot a neoprene one on the internet a couple years ago. The bulge was outrageous and too big under my speeds or anything. It was hard to get on even when i was totally floppy. Maybe I should have gone up a size And if you have any hair down there it pulls on it. Save your money.

To each his own and you should do what you like. I do understand the fascination with the "bulge" in the speedo world, but maybe because I'm straight, that is not the initial motivation for me. For me, it is the full exposure of the legs and the thighs and the riding down low on the hips that makes me such a huge fan of speedos. And oh yes, the snugness and how they fit so smoothly on the ass, and the smaller the suit the more naked the wearer. And of course it's great to get a nice boner while wearing your speedo but my experience from snorkelling and freediving is that in the water my junk gets small no matter how much I wish it would not and by the time I walk out of the surf there isn't much of a bulge to brag about anymore so I try not to give a shit anyway. Just the pure joy of slicing through the liquid wearing nothing except for that skimpy little swimsuit is the most amazing sensation and I wouldn't want some kind of extra appliance inside the suit complicating the simplicity and the feeling of freedom and relaxed comfort. Speedos let you forget you are wearing anything in the first place so I think I'll limit my rubber and silicone products to a mask snorkel and fins.

I think you are describing sensuality perfectly. It transcends gender and sexual orientation.

We are all sensual "animals". The bumps and bulges of men and women in lycra are attractive to others. And to those sporting them.

It's a tougher row to hoe for guys. But even straight guys like you and me clearly appreciate the skimpy suits and their feel.

I think where guys are allowed to show/experience this much more is in lycra cycling shorts. I have a good number of friends who would not be caught in a speedo but love their lycra cycling shorts. Straight guys, some married. They love the feel and the love their look in them. Be it to womem or to other guys.

It's sensuality and that is part of human nature.
