Besides recommending not to do it, I got nothing.
Adult circumcision is way more trouble than any remotely possible benefits.
On the other hand if you have a prominent foreskin that causes you grief I'm sure there are less brutal cosmetic procedures available.

Have to agree - though i only have hearsay to go on. I believe it can cause a few problems and is very painful. I was circumcised just after birth so remember nothing about it. I can see the sense of having circumcism in tropical climates, as it eliminates bacterial infections (yuk!) and other heat-related problems, though it is really unnecessary in colder climates, and if you keep yourself clean and dry. It is also now being touted as a possible way to control the spread of HIV, as the virus can linger in fluids trapped under the foreskin. If I hadn't already been done, i don't know that i would consider it unless I was having problems retracting the foreskin or likewise (and one friend had it done for that reason many years ago).

I'm uncut and never had any troubles attracting attention when wearing speedos. Sometimes, just to be a tease, I'll retract my foreskin before putting on my speedos, it's fun, especially when I'm wearing my Dave Evans white speedos. But honestly, if you keep yourself (and it's not very hard to do), being uncut isn't a problem. Enjoy the cock you were borne with and bring joy to others with your cock.

Unless you need to do this for a medical reason, i really wouldn't get circumcized. You'll lose sensitivity in your penis and sensitive nerve endings are lost in the part that gets cut off. I live in the U.S. and was cut just after I was born. It wasn't for religious reasons since we're protestant. They don't do it as much as they used to here and a lot of my friends were not cut. I wish I could get my foreskin back. jj

Had a work associate who had to have it done in his early 40s and it was not a pleasant experience but was necessary for health reasons.

Hey man, just pull back your foreskin! I don't think the NHS would do it unless you have a condition unless if you want to go private.

I agree with Cozzy, just pull back your foreskin.

I did it a few years ago. My foreskin was too tight, couldn't pull it all the way back when hard, and it kept tearing during sex. Every time it would tear, it would heal tighter and tighter. It was a pretty wicked recovery, but I'm happier now. One thing about speedos is that after you have it done, the head is crazy sensitive, and swimming in any but speedos would drive me crazy, because it would move around and rub against the lining. If you want any more details about the recovery and what to expect, let me know.
