Tell us all why you switched! I'm not a competitive swimmer, but from my understanding jammers are mostly worn for competition. Maybe if you give us a good reason, we'll post our own speedo pics :D

cuz guys over here dont use speedos. i was always the only one. and they were always like dude why? and i told them this is what they use in the US for swimming. its a very stupid way of thinking theyve got around here. so i decided i wasnt gonna show my stuff until someone else shows theirs too. its only fair i think. right?

I will also admit that i wear jammers whenever i am at a public pool or gym. When I am at home i love to swim in speedos tho.

I don't want to start a huge debate or get flammed by every body on the board but
The speedo in the US has become "the universal sign of a gay person"
This stereotype really sucks for bi and or strait people who love speedos. Hopefully with time this stereotype will change. :D

Almost all competitive swimming now goes for jammers or full body suits. This Trend started in 2000 when speedo came out with the s 2000 and in 2004 with the Fast skin
Now FINA allows everything that "does not increase buoyancy" for competition swimming I am just waiting for diving and water polo to follow the trend to full body suit

BOO to jammers. They don't feel nice at all and the seam down the middle splits your balls apart weirdly. I hate them personally. But then again, I'm gay so naturally, speedos are my "universal sign" ha. Sorry, we may have ruined them for the straight people by checking out their junk too much.

I agree with you. Forget about jammers or tech suits. If you have a chance, check out the article I wrote on tech suits.
