Tom Selleck in Speedos on Magnum

We got a digital tuner for our TV. One of the subchannels is the Retro network that shows old TV shows. I was watching Magnum PI last night and Magnum was wearing black speedos for a triathalon. You could see other guys in the race wearing them too. It was pretty cool and like someone said in another thread it wasnt considered a joke or anything. Of course this was like 25 years ago.

Well the show ran from 1980 to 1988 according to Wiki so 25 years ago would have been in the middle of the run. Selleck also wore his shorts short and his jeans tight. Dont see that today either. And his character was a Navy Seal so he wasnt a wimp. Wow things sure were different then. I know this isnt a car forum but that Ferrari he drives is still hot.
