Hey guys,
Finally I've been able to spend some time and get this forum up to date.
As of today you will notice that I'm now running phpBB version 3 - this was released earlier today and this forum is one of the first to have this new software running.
This will allow you guys to post images properly and change your avatar. Those are the two main improvements which have been well overdue.
To date I haven't had a chance to play with the layout or the colour scheme but over the next 2 weeks I will. If anyone here is a guru at that kind of thing then shoot me a private message as I'd love any help.
Enjoy the new feel and technology guys - I think it is fantastic.

well... it did allow me to log in the first time (without needing multiple logins). that in itself is improvement enough!

I like that the original post date now shows in the index. makes it easier to decide which items I've already seen when they get bumped to the top.
