No, mine are all too small and tight to do that.

Is that trapping air in your suit?

I never wear clothes in my hot tub, so we don't have that issue.

I've had that happen if I sit just next to a jet. The air kind of runs along my leg, and gets caught under the edge of my suit.

Yes it was! It made the front of my trunks look quite impressive!

It did start to cause a bit of a boner after a while, with the high pressure of air pumping through the inflated speedos.

Yes, this happens and is quite normal. It's a physical matter when air comes out of the jet and the suit isn't tiny enough to stand that pressure.

I’d agree with Scottie , they must be too loose if they get pumped up , keep them very brief and tight

I suggest you position a jet under your taint
