In fact the waistband is at the base of my penis so of course lower would mean below my penis but I’m sure that’s what you meant.

Absolutely!!, But Sam, I didn't realize that you are a Loose fan - thought you were more Classic!
I chew through them quickly because of the chlorine, but I used to always get Loose until they stopped doing them in solid colours. I love how you can do up the drawer string so they hang just a little bit. When you pull in your core when swimming they can open up a bit at the front as you move through the water. I think Loose is their best cut.
