Wim Hof Method

Anyone else tried this?
Its meant to drop your white fat level and raise your brown fat level, which makes you leaner and more resistant to cold
I've tried my own take on it and tbh....I'm not feeling the cold anywhere near as much as I usually do (wife is, so I've ended up using my stationary bike in just speedos to avoid overheating, even then I'm still sweating like mad)
Even found I didn't feel cold at all on the beach the other day in sub 9C temps, even the water wasn't hellishly cold when I went for a paddle (didn't go too deep, just upper thigh as light was fading and no one else around) felt cold but not agonisingly cold like normal at this time of year.

Read about it and am intrigued but not done anything to try it.
