So. Cal. Vacay Speedo Update

Just a quick update while I'm on vacation is Southern California....
Santa Barbara... beautiful beaches and the weather was great.... for some reason, the beaches weren't very crowded, maybe the locals feel it's off season... anyway, saw one speedo, other than mine....the rest were trunks or boards
Malibu, pretty much the same story, although there I saw a guy in a thong....

I'm actually way impressed with your encounters. Seeing at least one guy in a speedo is already more than the average. Most importantly, you say a guy in a thong, which is almost unheard of. It may have been 'off-season' to you, but I'm impressed, perhaps more skimpy swimwear is becoming more just a tiny bit more prevalent than before.

One can hope! BTW, the guy in the thong was in a pretty secluded spot and probably thought he wouldn’t be seen.
I ended my trip with a week in the desert at a nice resort.... definitely speedo weather! I was the only speedo wearer, but I did see 2 square cuts...I spoke to one of the gents, he was a European visitor.... I have to say, there were more "trunks" than board shorts... a good sign!
