Looking For Male Athletic Trainer Video

Good morning everyone, A few weeks ago, someone posted pictures here of himself doing stretches and included a link to a male athletic trainer (Mike? Mark?) who is wearing Speedos on a beach with two other dudes in Speedos. They are all doing stretches, and their workout is impressive. I cannot find the post, and I cannot remember the name of the trainer. This might seem vague, but if anyone here can help me, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! -- Sam

Thanks for sharing the video link, MrMusik. I may never be able to do all they demo, but I can aspire. My arthritic shoulders make pushup type exercises more challenging than they once were.

Yes, I know what you mean!

I have difficulty doing pushups because of my wrists, they don't like to bend that way and are painful. However, if I do the pushups on my knuckles, then they don't hurt.
