I'm quitting cruise ships and their buffets

Just came off Royal Caribbean and put on 1.5kg (3.3lbs). Royal Caribbean were so good at putting delicious and unhealthy desserts in the buffet. I bet lots of saturated fat had entered my body, deposited on my blood vessel walls and in my belly.
In addition, too many (thousands of) rude pushy loud chaotic queue-jumping passengers of one particular ethnicity made the experience like hell.
I'm quitting cruise ships and their buffets for a while, and will be doing tougher gym exercises. Cruises are not good for people who want to build ripped speedo-friendly bodies like Dave's
