Over the past 6+ years I've placed maybe 8-10 orders with AussieBum and always been happy with their products. Great quality, nice fit.
But a few months back I ordered some new speedos, and they never arrived. I waited for a good 2 months from the shipment date (I did get shipment confirmation) in case they got held up in US customs (it happens, apparently), and then contacted customer service.
I sent a polite email, asking what (if anything) could be done, but basically I was expecting to have to suck it up and write off the loss (I didn't pay extra for the tracking service). An hour later I got the usual automated "we will get back to you" robot reply, and then .... nothing. Nothing at all. For 2 months. Even after a follow-up email, I got zilch response.
Since then, I've looked around on the web and seen a lot of other posts basically saying that AB customer service is non-existent. Now, as I said, I like AB products, but I wonder if others here have had problems with AB, or if this is just a one-off. I'm not trying to be mean, or have an axe to grind, but if perhaps AB customer service HAS got bad, then maybe people here should know that before they commit $$$.
G'day Guys,
Welcome to the Speedo Forum.

Re: AussieBum Customer Service
I have not had to deal with their customer service in about a year, but all previous experiences have been good.
Just a straight guy who likes speedos and aussiebums

Fire a message on their Facebook page. That usually gets their attention!
Re: AussieBum Customer Service
I have not had any bad customer service at all. They even offered to let me exchange a sale item which they usually don’t allow. I’ve made over 20 orders in a years time and not a problem. Hope they sort it out for youswimtimx wrote:Over the past 6+ years I've placed maybe 8-10 orders with AussieBum and always been happy with their products. Great quality, nice fit.
